This is precisely the challenge: to maintain and renew, enforce and change. When entering the restaurant this duality is transformed into positive feelings, suggesting elegance, simplicity, elegance is not ostentatious, but natural and spontaneous.
The large dining room has about 35 seats, which become 50 in the summer, thanks to the outdoor garden. And for those who like surprises, there's an opportunity not to be missed: a special room, for up to 10 people, where there will never be a menu. Here guests can sample preparations designed on the spot, a result of Chef Poggi’s creativity.
Traditional or revisited, every dish represents true quality. Where the highest quality of raw materials brings an experience, creativity and passion, which can only be described as work of art.
