Order Status

You can check on the status of your order by visiting the Orders section in My Account. Once on the Orders tab in My Account, click on the order number and you will see the estimated arrival date for each item in your order. If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email. 

Click on the order number to view the status for each item in your order. Items with a status of ‘Scheduled to Ship’ are being processed for delivery and scheduled to arrive at your home within the displayed timeframe. Items marked as ‘Shipped’ are now on their way to your home. You can click on the tracking number(s) displayed to track your package's status.

Please note that even though your package has shipped, tracking will often take up to 24 hours to appear in a carrier's tracking system. If the item marked as 'Shipped' is a furniture piece or an item requiring special handling, it is now on its way to the carrier’s distribution center nearest your home.  Once your item arrives at the distribution center, the carrier will deliver the goods in 1-2 days.

My goods are received damaged

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want your shopping experience to be perfect. We’ll replace the item if it’s still available or issue a full refund, including shipping charges. If there are problems with the products received, please contact us immediately at info@kubikoff.com.

Please include your order number and the name of the item that was damaged and please send us a picture of the damaged goods. 

I need to change the shipping address for my order

We can change your shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped. Please contact Customer Care at info@kubikoff.com

Can I change my order?

An order may be changed or modified as long as the request is made within 15 minutes of your purchase. Please mail us at info@kubikoff.com. If you would like to change your payment method or shipping address, we can update your order as long as it has not been shipped. If you would like to add items to an existing order, you will need to place a new order on our site. 

I want to cancel my order

An order may be cancelled as long as the request is made within 48 hours of your purchase

Can I place a special order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill special orders at this time.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be redirected to the site after making the payment. When returned the amount will be retrieved from your account.

What types of payment does Kubikoff accepts?

Kubikoff Srl uses Multisafepay for all online payments. The following payment methods are allowed; iDEAL, Banktransfer (NL & BE), Creditcard (Visa, MasterCard), Mister Cash (BE), Giropay and SofortBanking.

Credit cards

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Does Kubikoff charge sales tax?

Kubikoff charges sales tax following the Italian law.

Where do you ship?

Kubikoff ships in UE. 

How can I track my package?

We will send you an email notification when your package has shipped that will include tracking information. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in the Orders section of My Account. 

Do you charge shipping rates?

Yes shipping rates will be charged based on the country of shipping.

Is sales tax charged on shipping and handling fees?

Depending on where the order is being shipped, sales tax will be charged on the order subtotal, shipping, and/or handling at the applicable county rate. Tax rates within counties vary.
